Ms Ophélie Hauser

Ms. Ophélie Hauser holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Neuchatel and a Master’s degree in law (« magna cum laude », « litigation law » and « commercial law ») from the University of Lausanne.

After completing her university studies, Ms. Hauser worked as a jurist specializing in labor law and real estate law for a legal protection firm in Lausanne, and then as a jurist in a law firm in Lausanne. She also worked as an ad hoc clerk at the District Court of Broye et Nord vaudois. Finally, Ms. Hauser worked as a volunteer legal secretary at the Permanence juridique de l’Union des femmes.

Ms. Hauser began her legal internship at Legalia Avocats on May 1, 2021.

Strong in character and reactive, she practices, with humanity and quality listening, in various fields, notably criminal law, contract law, family law, civil liability law and unemployment insurance law.
