Mr Nicolas Bruder

Mr Nicolas Bruder holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in law (« magna cum laude » and « litigation law ») from the University of Lausanne. He also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Criminal Law.

After his university studies, Mr. Bruder worked as a jurist for the State of Vaud (OCBE), and then as a jurist for a Lausanne-based legal protection company until 2020. Mr. Bruder then completed his legal internship at the law firm Rusconi & Associés in Lausanne and obtained his bar exam in 2022. He then practiced law as an associate at Alphalex Avocats SA.

On January 1, 2023, Mr. Bruder joined Legalia Avocats as a partner.

In parallel to his activity as a lawyer, Mr. Bruder is active in the Swiss Military Justice as a military investigating judge, which allows him to acquire solid experience in criminal and investigative proceedings.

Committed and determined to defend the interests of his clients, Mr. Nicolas Bruder practices at the bar particulary in the fields of criminal law, contract law, family law and insurance law.

Mr. Bruder is a member of the Swiss Bar Association (FSA), the Vaud Bar Association (OAV) and the Young Vaud Bar Association (JBVD).
